Nordic Ware Pro Cast Square Reversible Grill Griddle 11 Inches by 11 Inches Review
I needed to replace a griddle that was worn out after 6 years of use. I tried a cast iron griddle, but had too much sticking. I also wanted to find one made in USA which is difficult, if not almost impossible. I looked at All Clad and some similar, but all non USA. In addition, I preferred to avoid teflon coated which seem, invariably, to wear out over time. Unfortunately, Man Pans does not make a griddle. Then, I found this one. For the price, it looked worth trying. I have only used it several times since getting it, but so far I am pleased with the griddle. I have not used the grill side yet. The only potential problem may be abrasion of the cooking surfaces due to contact with the heating element coils on some stovetops. Too early to tell the longevity of this pan, but as I said, so far, so good.

Make pancakes, seared tuna, or fajita veggies all with the same tool using NordicWare's Pro Cast square reversible grill griddle. Crafted of pressure-cast aluminum for even heat distribution and exceptional sturdiness, the double-sided plate features a smooth surface ringed by a well on one side and a ribbed rack on the other. Both sides offer a quality non-stick coating fused to the metal for easy food release and cleanup. To use, simply place the plate on any stovetop, including glass, and fire up the burner beneath.
