This is a spectacularly good pizza pan. I got one for myself, and then I got one for my daughter. We both love it. The enameled cast iron is a spectacular achievement. Although it is designed for pizza, you can use it for anything. If I had just one cooking utensil, this could be it, assuming I had a cover for it so as to trap the heat.
